Horizon All-League Team Based on Value Add Ratings Through January 17

We updated the Value Add Basketball All-Conference teams initially posted at Christmas. Note that we list the number of games played and started for each player, so you know if a particular game performance was included, and find all 4000+ players listed at www.valueaddbasketball.com

Oakland established itself as the firm favorite in the Horizon League by winning at Cleveland State, despite Jamal Cain being held to single digits for the first time all year and fouling out. However, Cain also fouled out in the next game, and while still the Player of the Year and in the top 2% of all players, the POY race has tightened.

Like Cain, Antoine Davis of Detroit Mercy and Tanner Holden of Wright State are worth between six and seven additional points above a replacement player.
