Andres Gimenez, one of the most improved players in baseball and the Yankees Andrew Benintendi we're the only 2 players to reach base 3 times in our most epic Statis-Pro pitching duel of the year.
However, it was Benintendi who threw Gimenez out at home in the 10th inning to keep the score 0-0. However Gabriel Arias homered in the 11th to give the Guardians a 1 game to 0 win.
Coincidentally, the Guardians also beat the Yankees in real MLB play today to even that series 1-1.
