A total of 364 US colleges put (or will put) a Division I basketball team on the court between the 2022-23 and 2024-25 season, and 32 of those teams will change conferences during those three seasons. If you hare having trouble keeping track of where your college now plays, here is an alphabetical list with each school followed by its conference last season (2022-23), this season and as planned for next season (2024-25). 

The full names of conferences are listed at the bottom of the blog. The number after the conferences "Seed 23" shows if the team made the NCAA tournament last year and if so their seed in the tournament. After that we show their ranking among all the teams at www.kenpom.com. For example, near the top you will see Alabama remains in the SEC, was one of the four best teams last year as a 1-seed, and is now ranked as the 5th best team in the country. And finally they are "stable" while a team changing conferences during the three years - like Arizona and Arizona State going from the Pac 12 to the Big 12 further down - are listed as "change."
