2nd All-Time Women's Basketball Tournament

Now that we finished our 3rd all-time men's basketball tournament, we will have 24 undefeated women's teams in the Value Add Basketball Game. Tennessee is 4-0 with our first title, so we do not include them in this tournament, but to get back to 24 teams we added the best 1-loss team not to make our first tournament championship - which is UConn 2016. Caitlin Clark's Iowa team from last year is our 10-seed and will play Louisville 2009 for the chance to play Old Dominion 1997.

Here is the resultant women's tournament.

And here are the average scores so far - though this Rutgers team has yet to play a game so do not have any average points yet.
