With the Statis-Pro NL playoffs stalled due to the Commissioner actually moving from Alabama to Milwaukee :-) the Montana run AL Wildcard series featured two sweeps.
The Yankees cruised 13-2 to complete a wild card sweep over the Rays to set up a best-of-7 series at the Astros. The ChiSox already swept their series against the Indians, and will now face the Red Sox.
The Yankees closed out by sending 14 men to the plate in the 1st inning to take a 9-0 lead. Stanton hit two homers in the blowout win.
