Quick Cleanup of Cards in Progress - Developing But Just for Reference

 We are doing a quick cleanup of the team pages including the following:

1) We changed page one of every list of teams to make sure the "Print Page" lines up with the actual page upon each team is show so once you pick a team just go to the correct list and go to PRINT and choose the page off the list to print just the team you want. 

2) As we play each team we sometimes find little cleanups.

3) Often when we play a team for the first time we add the "Suggested Rotation" under each Stamina rating. These are just suggestions on when you may want to use particular cards - but you are free to substitute as you wish. If players use up their Stamina then every die roll on any of the dice need to be adjusted one if that changes the result to hurt the "tired" (out of Stamina) player. If the player is used for at least twice as many possessions as the Stamina number then any die should be adjusted 2 against the player.
