NL Statis-Pro Final Standings and Playoff Match-ups

The NL Statis-Pro 25-game pool play regular season has been completed.
The Cubs held on to the top seed (tie breaker).  They are seeking their 3rd straight Statis-Pro NL pennant.
The Nationals & Dodgers underperformed but still finished above .500.
The Diamondbacks improved and the Cardinals faded.
Now what will happen in the post-season?  Will any late-season roster moves matter?

The underdog gets the nod.  The Brewers Chase Anderson wins it.
In their last 7 starts, it was hard to separate these two.
