ALDS Game 5.
The Yankees season is on the line. Luke Voit goes deep and the game is tied 1-1 after 5. But in the 6th & 7th innings Michael Brantley and Kyle Tucker each hit solo shots. Zach Greinke goes 7 strong innings. It was a bad time for the Yankees offense to go quiet. Astros win 3-1 and take the series 4-1.
ALDS Game 5.
The road team has won every game in the series. The Red Sox get another brilliant outing from Chris Sale. He pitches 7 shutout innings, only allowing 1-hit. They get the offense they need from Hunter Renfroe who smacks an RBI double in the 5th and caps the scoring with a solo shot in the 9th. Lucas Giolito is the tough luck loser as the Red Sox win their third in a row 2-0. (Boston leads series 3-2)
As a result, the Astros are in the Statis-pro ALCS, and the Red Sox have rallied to pull within one game of joining them to have the Statis-Pro match the real ALCS
