Cal Raleigh hit a 2-run homer for the second straight game (he also did in the 6-3 win over Minnesota to start the winning streak) and the two batters in front of him had two hits a piece in that game. Randy Arozarena had two hits and scored twice, and Josh Naylor had two doubles, the second one driving in two runs.
The Mariners are one of only three teams with three pitchers that are at least a PB 2-8, and that was key as Bryan Woo retired the first nine Pirates in the 8-3 win, then Logan Gilbert started the last and combined with three PB 2-8 relievers to mean the Pirates chased a PB 2-8 the entire game in that 4-2 loss.
Seattle will now advance to the Wild Card round to throw those four pitchers again and try to beat out the Braves and White Sox for the last of nine spots in one of the three semi final pools.
Right now the top 11 teams in actual MLB play have at least 64 wins ans 11 teams are still alive in iur Statis-pro play. 9 of 11 are the same in both. The differences are the Mariners and Mets are still alive in Statis-Pro but not among the actual top 11 in mlb play. The Yankees and And Padres are in the top 11 MLB teams but eliminated in Statis-pro.

Here is the bracket:
Cal Raleigh homered again to make it 2-0 Seattle, but Ryan O'Hearn matched it with a 2-run homer to make it 2-2.
