Statis-Pro Baseball 2026 Play Will be 3-team pods - cards available.

Getting a look at all the Statis-Pro cards we produced this year was easier through setting up 9 pods of 3 teams  (sorry we had to leave out the bottom 3) and have each of them play the other two in their pod twice with one of the three advancing. From nine pods (blue) that will take us down to the three green pods, then then the winners of those three pods will play in a final 3-team championship pod (orange).

We are not playing a full season but are playing 3-team pods to catch any errors. We did catch initial errors such as having the On-base Running and Speed (for steals) ratings not lined up when we first posted last night, but it is now corrected and are searching out any other errors.

The game is free - you just need to chose if you want to use the little Fast Action Cards you can print for instructions, or buy dice (one 20-side, two traditional 6-sided dice and two 8-sided dice of different colors to get rolls of 11-88 for the Random Number.

In Group A the Dodgers cruised two wins in their first game so they are closer to advancing to the final 9 teams, but the Yankees are on the ropes after wasting great starts from their aces so they now need to beat up on lesser pitchers for the Mets and Marlins to have a chance to emerge in the 4-game pod:

New York Mets 1-0 (scoring margin 6-3)

Miami Marlins 1-0 (scoring margin 1-0)

New York Yankees 0-2 (scoring margin 3-7)

A throwing error bu 3rd baseman Cabrera led to the only run in the ultimate hardluck 1-0 loss fir Cole against the Marlins. This occurred after Fried carried a no hitter into the 5th but the Mets erupted for a 4-run 5th and 6-3 win.

The Yankees only chance now is to hope the Marlins and Mets split and if they do the yankees would have a chance to roll up big wins against mist teams in the rematch at Yankee Stadium afains the No. 4 starters for bith teams. If all three teams finish 2-2 in the pod, then run differential is the tie breaker.
